Shipping Costs
A contribution of €8.99 (express shipping) or €6.99 (standard shipping) is required for deliveries within Italy.
No shipping fee is applied to orders over €69.00 (net of discounts, promotions, and cash-on-delivery fees). A fee of €11.99 is required for international standard shipping.
Shipping Methods
Products are shipped via a courier selected by Jaipur s.a.s. di Snow Christopher H. & C., with tracking service enabled.
Deliveries are made on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national/local holidays) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the Order Confirmation date (if placed by 4:00 PM on a business day and barring force majeure or unforeseen circumstances), excluding remote areas.
Jaipur s.a.s. di Snow Christopher H. & C. is not responsible for any delivery failures caused by the courier.
For deliveries made to reception desks (with a receptionist signing for the parcel), Jaipur s.a.s. di Snow Christopher H. & C. will not be held responsible for failed final delivery to the intended recipient.
If a destination country is not listed among those available at checkout, it means that delivery to that country is currently unavailable. However, as we are evaluating an expansion of available destinations, we encourage you to contact us at the.jaipur.journey@gmail.com for more information.
Upon Delivery
At the time of delivery, customers must check:

That the number of parcels matches the delivery note;

That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of parcels or the details provided, must be immediately reported by noting it on the courier’s delivery document, which should be returned to the courier.
Any issues related to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received items must be reported within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with the procedures outlined in this document.
Delivery Timeframes
Products are typically delivered within 24–48 hours from the date the order is received, provided the order is placed by 4:00 PM on a working day.
Delays may occur due to product unavailability, courier issues, force majeure, or holidays.
For orders paid by credit card or PayPal, delays may occur if payment authorization is not completed.
